Number Lineup

Number Lineup helps students arrange mixed sets of fractions and decimals from least to greatest or greatest to least. Students compare several values at once and may convert fractions to decimals when that makes the ordering easier. The worksheet strengthens fraction-decimal conversion, ordering, equivalent values, place value, comparison, and number sense. It is especially useful for students in grades 5-6 who can compare two values but need practice organizing several different number forms together.
