Act It Out

Students explore how to express or manage different emotions in healthy ways. For each emotion-such as happy, angry, sad, excited, frustrated, embarrassed, or proud-learners write responses that describe constructive emotional expressions. The worksheet teaches emotional regulation strategies like calming down, asking for help, celebrating appropriately, and staying humble. Students reflect on how each emotion feels and how to respond without harming others or themselves. This activity supports self-awareness and helps students practice positive coping and communication strategies through writing and optional role-play.
