Jumps for Distribution

In this worksheet, students analyze number lines that already have equal jumps drawn across them. For each model, they count the number of jumps and use that count to write the corresponding division equation. This activity reinforces division as repeated subtraction and helps students recognize how equal jumps represent equal groups. By translating visual patterns into numerical expressions, learners strengthen their conceptual understanding of the division process. The exercise also supports the development of mathematical reasoning as students determine both the dividend and divisor from the visual model.
