Picture the Park
In this visualization activity, students read a descriptive passage about a playground and draw what they imagine based on the text. They label at least three parts of their picture, then answer an extension question about which playground feature they’d play on first. The worksheet promotes visual comprehension and creative expression while reinforcing attention to descriptive language. It helps students translate written imagery into visual understanding.
