Harbor’s Unsung Heroes

Students read two mini-biographies-Doris Miller and Admiral Husband E. Kimmel-who played significant roles during the attack on Pearl Harbor. After reading, they answer close-reading questions that test comprehension and deeper insight into leadership, responsibility, and heroism.
