Precision in Prose

Students write a short paragraph of 6-8 sentences on one of three topics: Art, Science, or Invention. As they write, they must correctly use by to show who performed an action and with to show what tool, method, or material was used. Learners also underline each instance of by and with, reinforcing awareness of their grammatical function. This activity encourages creativity while strengthening precise language use. It supports students in developing detailed, well-structured paragraphs with clear and accurate prepositional choices.
