Determiners in Three Ways

Students rewrite each sentence three times-using “few,” “a few,” and “the few”-to observe how meaning and tone shift with each determiner. Afterward, they identify which version sounds clearest and mark it with a star. The activity encourages deep grammatical reasoning and attention to subtle word nuances.
