Either or Neither

Students read ten sentences and choose whether “either” or “neither” completes each correctly, then write their answer on the blank line. This activity strengthens students’ understanding of how “either” expresses choice or possibility and “neither” conveys exclusion or negation. Learners use context to determine which word fits grammatically and logically. The exercise encourages critical thinking and reinforces comprehension of paired conjunctions. It’s a practical grammar drill that builds both recognition and writing accuracy.
