Build-A-Scene Writing Answer Key

Students recall a real scene they previously observed and write one sentence describing it. They then fill in three word banks-colors, textures, and actions they remember noticing. Using these lists, students write three descriptive sentences that will later support a full descriptive paragraph. This worksheet teaches students how to gather precise descriptive elements and organize them before writing. It encourages strong vocabulary selection and careful attention to visual and sensory details.
