Neutral or Personal Answer Key
Students read short passages and determine whether each one is objective (fact-focused) or subjective (opinion- or emotion-based). After selecting the correct label, they write the clue from the passage that proves their answer. This activity teaches students to distinguish between neutral reporting and personal viewpoint. It builds analytical thinking, strengthens reading comprehension, and helps students recognize how word choice reflects tone and perspective.
