Climate Cause-and-Effect
Students examine human activities that contribute to climate change-such as burning coal, deforestation, and large-scale livestock farming-and identify their corresponding climate impacts. They complete a chart by filling in the missing effect for each cause. A reverse matching exercise requires students to match climate effects back to the human actions likely responsible. This activity strengthens understanding of climate systems, greenhouse gases, and environmental consequences. Learners practice cause-and-effect reasoning and connect global climate issues to everyday actions.
