Legs Number Sort
This worksheet asks students to sort animals based on how many legs they have. Students observe each animal illustration and draw a line connecting it to either the “2 legs” circle or the “4 legs” circle. This activity supports early science skills by helping learners recognize physical characteristics of animals. It strengthens counting skills and classification based on number attributes. Visual observation is reinforced as students compare and identify distinguishing features. The task also supports cognitive development by requiring logical grouping. Fine motor skills are practiced through line drawing.
