Animal Food Paths

In this worksheet, students trace dotted lines to help each animal reach its food. Each row presents a different kind of line-curved, zigzag, or straight-giving children practice with a variety of pre-writing strokes. As students guide the monkey, rabbit, mouse, and bear along the paths, they strengthen hand coordination and pencil control. The visual pairing of animals with their favorite foods adds engagement and reinforces the purpose of each path. This activity supports early directionality as learners move consistently from left to right. By completing each tracing line, students build foundational fine motor skills necessary for early handwriting.
