Descriptive Demonstratives

This worksheet asks students to write a descriptive paragraph of 5-6 sentences about objects, people, or places they see around them. Learners must use all four demonstrative pronouns-this, that, these, those-at least once in their writing and underline each one. A sample paragraph models descriptive detail and pronoun use without being copied. This activity strengthens descriptive writing, encourages attention to sensory details, and reinforces purposeful pronoun choice. Students also practice organizing ideas into a coherent paragraph while demonstrating mastery of demonstrative pronouns.
