Events Sequencing
This sequencing worksheet is designed for Grades 3-5 and helps students strengthen their understanding of Charlotte’s Web by placing eight major events in the correct chronological order. Students read a list of important plot moments and assign numbers 1-8 to show how the story unfolds from beginning to end. To complete the task successfully, learners must recall key events and think carefully about cause-and-effect relationships within the narrative.
An optional extension invites students to write a short summary of the story after sequencing the events, giving them additional practice in retelling and summarizing accurately.
