Narrative Builder
Students are given three sentences labeled as the beginning, middle, and end of a potential story. Their task is to turn each sentence into a full paragraph that expands the events with details, actions, and transitions. By building the narrative in three parts, students learn how each section contributes to the overall structure of a complete story. This activity encourages elaboration, deeper thinking about plot progression, and the development of cohesive paragraphs. It helps students understand how beginnings introduce situations, middles develop the action, and endings resolve the storyline.
