Large vs. Small Circles

Students sort objects by size using two large circles-one representing big objects and the other small ones. They analyze each shape and identify whether it belongs in the large circle or the small circle, then draw corresponding lines to categorize them. This activity enhances students’ ability to compare relative sizes and strengthens early measurement skills. Children practice focusing on a single attribute while disregarding color or shape differences. The task promotes visual discrimination and supports development of early sorting logic. The fine motor component helps build drawing control. This worksheet reinforces core concepts about size and comparison.
